Greg Parsons is the founder of Semper Capital Management as well as the non-profit organization, True North, supporting Veterans with jobs, training, medical care, and other services. The genesis of True North is rooted in Greg’s transition story and the challenges and obstacles he faced as he tried to translate an entrenched military mindset to his post-combat personal and professional journeys. It is the embodiment of a multi-pronged approach aimed at helping veterans and their families successfully navigate the pressures and challenges of transition through employment, physical and emotional rehabilitation, adaptive sports, and education.

In addition to leading the business of Semper Capital, Greg serves as Chairman of the Investment and Risk Management Committees and is also a member of the Compliance Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Greg served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company in the Financial Services Group. Greg began his career over 22 years ago and served as a Captain and Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Greg earned an AB from Princeton University.
